How We Got Started

Like a lot of detailing businesses, this one started with someone who genuinely cared about doing the work right. Ryan built Trent’s Express Auto around the idea that mobile detailing shouldn’t mean cutting corners just because the service is happening in a driveway instead of a bay. That means the same foam presoak process, the same hand wash technique, and the same attention to interior detail work you’d expect from a dedicated shop, just brought to wherever your vehicle happens to be.

What We Believe About Detailing

A lot of car washes and quick-service detailers treat every vehicle the same way, same brush, same runthrough, same rushed pace regardless of what the car actually needs. We don’t operate that way. A sedan that gets washed weekly needs a different approach than a truck that hasn’t seen a real detail in over a year, and we adjust accordingly rather than running everyone through an identical checklist. That’s part of why our pricing and add-ons are structured by vehicle size and specific need, pet hair removal, engine bay cleaning, seat and carpet shampooing, rather than a flat one-size-fits-all rate.

Our Approach to Every Vehicle

We treat every car, truck, and SUV that comes through the business the way we’d want our own vehicle treated. That means proper presoaking before contact washing to protect the paint, real vacuum and detail work in the interior instead of a quick pass, and honesty about what a vehicle actually needs. If a car just needs a standard full detail, we won’t try to upsell restoration-level work it doesn’t require. If a vehicle genuinely needs the deeper restoration process, we’ll explain why and what to expect.
